Controversial blogger Robert Alai has been arrested and has been detained by security officers at the Kamkunji Police Station.
Alai disclosed that he had been arrested by officers from the Special Crimes Prevention Unit.
According to the Standard, Alai was ordered out of his vehicle at gunpoint and forced into another awaiting car which took him to the Kamkunji Police Station.
Alai was allegedly arrested over a ‘sensitive story’ that touched on some prominent personalities on his Kahawatungu blog.
