32 senior government officials from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) have been arrested in Nairobi.

The KRA and KPA officials were arrested by Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detectives on Saturday over contraband goods.

They are currently being grilled at the DCI headquarters in Kiambu.
