Shock as human head and arm dumped in Kisii town

Investigations are underway following the bizarre incident

Police have since launched investigations to establish those involved in the bizarre incident as well as to identify the deceased.

The remains, believed to be those of a middle aged man were wrapped in a black polythene bag and placed in a green bucket.

Confirming the findings, area Chief Richard Moturi disclosed that “the head of a human being had stitches and there was also a piece of an arm.”

Kisii County police commander Abdi Hassan confirmed that the body parts were taken to Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary.

Residents of Kisii suspect that witchcraft and are demanding full investigations to establish the motive of the incident.

The bizarre incident comes in the backdrop of growing insecurity in the region.
