National Land Commission (NLC) Chair Mohammed Swazuri has been arrested.
This comes moments after the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji approved charges against the NLC boss on the Standard Gauge Railway land compensation, alongside six others.
Reports reaching Pulselive.co.ke indicate that Dr. Swazuri has been arrested together with Kenya Railway Corporation (KRC) Managing Director Atanas Maina by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission detectives.
