Raila's swearing-in has been cancelled - Jubilee MP 

The MP made the revelations on Sunday evening.

The lawmaker stated that the agreement was reached after Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja secured the release of Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, who was arrested on Friday."Good News!! As part of the negotiated deal between Sen Johnson Sakaja and Raila Odinga that led to the release of Babu Owino, the swearing in that was set to take place on 30th January has been called off indefinitely," the controversial MP wrote on Facebook.

The Jubilee lawmaker took issue with Sakaja after securing Owino's release stating," look forward to the day my friend Sen Johnson Sakaja will come to visit me in cell. Do not even secure my release. Just bring me a bowl of porridge. Sulking is human, isn't it?.

Johnson Sakaja criticises police The former SONU leader was released on Sunday after Sakaja gave personal surety to produce him at the Milimani Law Court on Monday at 8 am."We may disagree in matters of politics, but we agree on one thing that Mr. Babu Owino is a leader and Kenyan who has rights and deserves dignity. I have committed to avail him in court tomorrow,” the Senator stated.
