The man passed on after the horrific incidence

The assaulted 16-old boy passed on while receiving treatment at Mt Elgon Hospital in Kitale town Tuesday evening.

Confirming the bizarre incident, Kwanza OCPD Wilfred Mogere said that Simiyu Musambwa assaulted Anthony Wasike, 16, at Umoja village.

He added that the suspect caused the student severe injuries that led to his death.

The minor’s step father Alfred Kakai, said that the suspect had disagreed with the victim over the results over a football match between Manchester United and Westham United, played on Sunday.

"They had disagreed on a match that went down on Sunday," he said.

Kakai pointed out that the suspect is known to be highly temperamental. The victim has not been found up to now.
