Man brutally kills wife, stuffs body parts into a drum

A man in Mariakani, Kapsoya, Eldoret, was on Wednesday arrested after he murdered his wife and stuffed her body into a drum.

Kapsoya OCPD John Owuoth, who affirmed the incident, identified the suspect as David Siloba Achale and the deceased as Fiona Kasuya.

Owuoth stated that the body had deep cuts on the left side of the head and Kasuya's fingers chopped off.

Further reports alleged that Acahle, 36 years-old, could have been on drugs which influenced him to kill his partner after a domestic conflict ensued between them.

Aaron Kipyegon, who is a friend of the suspect, stated that the criminal approached him and confessed of the gruesome act stating that he had Fiona's body in a bag.

“I have killed Fiona and I need help to dispose the body,” remarked the murderer whose identity is yet to be established.

The police responded to the matter after Kipyegon informed them of what the man had done.

Kipyegon revealed that the couple quarreled a lot of times especially when the suspect came home drunk.

Additional information proclaimed that the criminal could have been deported from the United States of America on claims of having a drug problem.

Beryl Odhiambo murdered in Kahawa Sukari

In a similar incident last Friday, a man known as Laiko Osuri murdered his wife Beryl Odhiambo Ouma in Kahawa Sukari, Nairobi, after a domestic conflict.

A stand off was witnessed at Neema Hospital following the death of Beryl after the deceased’s family members blocked the police from transferring the body to a funeral home.

Osuri was arrested by the police over the incident and detained as investigations into the matter had begun.

Neigbours explained that they had heard Beryl screaming but they disregarded the cry for help after being informed that it was a quarrel between the two.
