Mulwa evealed that the governor who was dramatically arrested in Voi and airlifted to Nairobi has stomach complications.
He also claimed that the governor sustained injuries to his arm during the dramatic arrest that require medical attention.
Mulwa revealed that he is in talks with Sonko’s lawyer Cecil Miller Jr to make a formal request to have the governor taken to hospital.
He was taken to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission holding cells and will be produced in court on Monday.

His attempts to secure freedom hit a dead end after High Court Judge John Onyiego denied to grant him anticipatory bail.
Sonko's woes deepened on Saturday with the National Police Service confirming that they will press carges against the governor, effectively adding more legal battles.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the National Police Service stated that during the Governors arrest, Sonko became abusive, unruly and violent in an attempt to resist hence obstructing police officers from the lawful execution of their duties.
The National Police Service (NPS) went further ahead to state that the Governor assaulted and injured the senior police officer leading the team and damaged media equipment.
