Uhuru forgets Boris Johnson's name

Mr. Kenyatta who was welcoming UK Prime Minister Theresa May had trouble recalling Mr. Johnson ‘s name in front of the glaring cameras.

Kenyatta made a few attempts to remember the name but when he eventually did, he ended up referring to the former minister as the Bicycle guy.

"Boris... Boris.... Boris.... Johnson, the bicycle guy," he said leaving some of those in attendance in laughter.

Mr. Kenyatta’s remarks on Johnson captured the attention of several international media platforms including The Guardian, The Independent, Telegraph among others.

The international community also reacted to Kenyatta’s Bicycle Guy comment with some supporting while others castigating him in equal measure.

In July, Johnson resigned as the foreign minister over disagreements with PM May on the Brexit policy.  The minister who comfortably rode his bicycle to work accused May of suffocating the Brexit dream by her needless self-doubt.
