In a letter to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Jowie has outlined that he has never eaten a woman nor a human being for that matter.
Jowie's cutting letter further accused Justice James Wakiaga, who coined the term, of degrading all women to mere objects.
"By describing me as a woman-eater, the judge abused his position and compounded the female gender to be nothing less than items to be eaten which is quite foul, degrading coming from a sitting judge," Jowie's letter read in part.
Remove Wakiaga from High Court
The prime suspect in the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani also asked JSC to compel Justice Wakiaga to recuse himself from the case.
Jowie has also demanded that the judge be altogether removed from the High Court.
"Indeed the judge used the most uncouth, derogatory and injudicious language against me as being a .
"I submit that disciplinary action is taken against him including finding that he is not fit to serve as a judge of the High Court so that a process for his removal be undertaken to rid the Judiciary of personnel such as him who bring the institution into disrepute," the letter demanded.
Justice Wakiaga denied Jowie bail claiming that he is a flight risk and that his access to weapons made him a threat to witnesses.
Life in Custody
The judge used the tag, along with "male version of a slay queen" to describe Jowie when he delivered his ruling on his bail application.
Earlier in the week, Jowie was spotted at the Kenyatta National Hospital where he was believed to have been receiving treatment for his gunshot wound.
