The ceremonies in the various counties are expected to begin by 10 a.m.
Preparations completed in Machakos
Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua on Monday posted photos of the completed preparation works ahead of the President's visit.
"Hosting the launch of NIIMS is a great recognition and also a vote of confidence in our County and it's leadership . We do not take this noble gesture for granted.
"This is a great step in the right direction as we aspire to improve government services to members of the public," the governor conveyed.
