Wavinya Ndeti’s bold statement to Governor Mutua after his win was nullified

Wavinya challenged Mutua not to waste time and go to the ground for them to square it out.

"Machakos people are ready and I want my opponent to know that we should not waste any time. I have been very patient. The ruling has been done. The judges have done their work and Mutua should just take it as it is He can go to Supreme Court but I will go to God who is the most supreme," Wavinya declared outside the Court of Appeal to a resounding roar from our supporters.

An emotional Wavinya termed the victory as not just hers but for the people of Machakos.
