Mugo Wairimu reveals politician he trusts with his “sensitive missions”

Controversial medical practitioner James Ndichu, popularly known as Mugo Wairimu, has for the past two years been treated as a social outcast after he was accused of raping of his patients from a backstreet clinic he operated in Zimmerman estate.

The man famously known as a fake doctor had from 2016 avoided social media until a few months ago when he returned to the social media platform, many of his loyal followers having forgotten or ignored the disgusting allegations he faced.

Among his first posts was one dedicated to a blogger and a politician whom he referred to as the only individuals who had stood with him.

Former SONU student leader and Jubilee politician Zack Kinuthia was highly praised in the post, as was another pro-Jubilee blogger – Peter Kairu.

“Zack Kinuthia and Peter Kairu are great Kenyans. They took the extraordinarily bold step of visiting me severally at the Muthaiga police station where I was held for 21 days…Zack and Peter are two friends I will never forget. They stood by me when associating with me was akin to associating with Lucifer,”

Mugo even said that it was only Zack he would trust with “sensitive missions” during the time he was in state custody.

“Zack is a strong character and born leader with whom we differ ideologically in many issues but we still remain friends. Zack was later to send me some money for upkeep when I was in remand and never demanded a refund later. Apart from being a fellow alumnus of the UON and SONU president."

“Zack had strong influence on me. He made me tone down my drinking as he never tasted alcohol and severally visited me in my house previously. He tried his best to keep me off alcohol. I have trusted him with sensitive missions as he has never disappointed. For example, I gave him ksh 125k cash to purchase me a brand-new iPhone 6s plus which he delivered it intact,” Mugo’s post read in part.

Kinuthia responded to the post by assuring the dubious doctor of his friendship.

“Friendship is golden Mugo, and if it is based on honesty and trust, it is one of the most necessary ingredients of life of adulthood. Many things matter, but friendship is critical. You are my friend as you were then,” the ex SONU President said.

Prior to his first scandal in 2016, Mugo was a high-ranking member of an outfit that was referred to itself as the Jubilee Social Media Cabinet.

Their work was to use social media to publish information supportive of the government.

On Monday, NTV's Dennis Okari did an investigative feature which showed Mugo had set up a new clinic where he continued preying on his female patients.
