National Super Alliance (NASA) Chief Strategist David Ndii and controversial businessman Jimi Wanjigi have finally spoken after Government suspended their passports on Tuesday afternoon.
The duo mentioned that they had received the letter but will challenge the decision in court.
The Government through the Department of Immigration Services suspended the passports of Mr. Ndii and Wanjigi.
In the letter, they were ordered to surrender the documents within 21 days.
Also, Siaya Senator James Orengo and former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama passports were suspended.
The leaders are among those who attended the controversial swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga as the People's President.
Last week, Interior an Coordination Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i termed the event illegal and promised a crackdown on all those who participated in it.
The swearing-in, which was attended by a mammoth crowd not only proved seven things to the world but also marked the beginning of trouble for some key Opposition leaders.
The first leader to be arrested was Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang who is believed to have administered the oath to the former Prime Minister.
