Drama and embarrassment as female Jubilee MP is locked out of gate with gifts [Photos]

The MP had gone to deliver gifts she had promised but found the gate locked

Ngirici had arrived at the facility with 180 pairs of shoes and 180 mattresses which the managers of the institution declined to receive and barred her from accessing the facility.

Ngirici forced her way into the facility after one of her supporters broke the padlock at the gate to present the gifts.

Gichugu OCPD Hussein Hassan confirmed the incident, stating that the management of the facility changed the minds and received the gifts after the legislator stayed put.

Ngirici was delivering on a promise she made last weekend during her son’s 14 birthday when she promised to bring gifts to the children.

Supporters of the Woman Representative linked the incident to power play, alleging that the management of the facility were under instructions from her rivals to reject the gifts, thereby subjecting Ngirici to embarrassment.

In the recent past, Ngirici and Kirinyaga governor have engage in a supremacy battles with their supporters clashing and ugly scenes witnessed during a recent visit by the DP.
