Raila shames Mutahi Ngunyi in fresh announcement

Odinga spoke a few days after Ngunyi linked him to serious crime

Odinga stated that it was shameful that some people have apportioned blame to the NASA coalition, yet it was the responsibility of the police to protect Kenyans.

The NASA leader responded after renowned political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi claimed that the Opposition Leader was behind the shooting of NASA protesters.

“Who is the KILLER of CHILDREN? How come POLICE 'bullets' STRAY to kill Children? Who BENEFITS? The BENEFICIARY is the KILLER! Raila or Raila?,” Ngunyi stated in a controversial tweet.

However, the NASA leader stated that they had conducted their own investigation and established that the bullet that killed Geoffrey Mutinda had come from the police.

Speaking from the City Mortuary where he was accompanied by relatives of several of those who had died in NASA protests, Odinga stated that the government was to blame for the deaths and should compensate families of the victims.

“It is very sad when we hear people saying that these people were killed by NASA people. There’s no criminal called NASA supporter, a criminal is a criminal, the police should have arrested all those labeled NASA supporters and charged them accordingly,” he stated.
