NASA Leader Raila Odinga has arrived at Parliament Buildings ahead of the 2018 State of the Nation address to be made by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
This is the first time Odinga is attending the State of the Nation address since 2012 where he served as Prime Minister in the Grand Coalition government.
It will also be the first address that Opposition MPs will be listening to the President's speech since 2015.
During the 2016 address, Opposition legislators disrupted the address with physical fights, and whistles. They then boycotted the 2017 State of the Nation Address.
