Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman, Wafula Chebukati has revealed that the final tally of the Presidential results should reach the National Tallying Centre, Bomas of Kenya tomorrow.
After validation of the results, the next President of Kenya will be announced.
Chebukati also revealed that so far 29,499 out of 40,000 form 34As have been received and uploaded on the online portal while 117 out of 290 form 34Bs have been received.
All officials are to submit the form 34Bs by tomorrow noon.
IEBC had previously revealed that they will use the forms to determine the final results of the General elections.
The IEBC chair revealed that there was an attempt on hacking the system but it was unsuccessful.
"We have done our best as IEBC to ensure that the elections are free, fair and credible," he said.
There are 1300 tallying centres yet to send in their results.
Chebukati was speaking during a live update of the elections from the Bomas of Kenya.
