How Baby Ethan Muendo died
From a prescription obtained from the Hospital, it was established that baby Ethan died of a morphine overdose.
The baby had been taken to the hospital following a minor burn the previous night as the parents sought to ease his pain.
According to the mother, a nurse injected baby Ethan with some medicine and she noticed that he became weak shortly after.
When she called the hospital to report the sudden change with her son, the nurse asked her to return to the hospital and Ethan was immediately taken to the Emergency Unit, he was later pronounced dead.
