Shenzi - Furious Atwoli slams his phone on the floor during presser (video)

Hiyo ni mambo ya wajinga hiyo, shenzi! Atwoli curses during meeting

COTU boss Francis Atwoli

Angry Cotu boss Francis Atwoli slammed his phone on the floor while addressing journalists.

Atwoli was speaking on the meeting sacked Sports Minister Rashid Echesa had at the Deputy President's office with foreign investors.

The Labour boss questioned why Deputy President William Ruto told the country that he did not know if Echesa and his co-accused had access to his Harambee Annex office.

"The Deputy President wants to tell us that when Echesa and the white men were at his office for one hour and twenty minutes and no one called to inform him?" Atwoli barked.

Atwoli tears into DP Ruto

"... that is the second highest office on the land... hiyo ni mambo ya wajinga hiyo! shenzi! (that's foolish talk)" he added.

According to Atwoli, the DP was not honest in his address at slain sergeant Kipyegon Kenei's funeral over the weekend.

"Anaenda kudanganya Mzee amefiwa, familia yake kwa matanga (he goes and lies to a man who has lost his son and the family at the funeral) (sic)," Atwoli stated.

On Saturday, DP Ruto addressed mourners at Sergeant Kenei's burial where he claimed the fake Ksh40 billion arms deal and the murder were schemes orchestrated to undermine and destroy his office and political career.
