An alarm has been raised at Weston Hotel along Langata Road, Nairobi after 47 guests reportedly tested positive for Cholera.
The cholera outbreak was confirmed by Dr George Nyale, who is among the medics attending a science conference at the hotel linked to Deputy President William Ruto.
A source privy to the matter told a local daily that the 47 had been confirmed to have cholera.
However, Mr Nyale who is the chairman at the conference highlighted that there was no cause for alarm.

The duo was part of the 100 identified in a rigorous process that assessed their measurable, scalable achievements in the recent past with Time noting that they “represent the power of individuals to make significant progress in influencing the climate economy”.
The guests are at the hotel for “The Kenya International Scientific Lung Health Conference”, a forum organised by the Ministry of Health.
