Her program which is dubbed, “Sheila Lives Out Loud” has different episodes encompassing various topics.
In that particular episode, she was interviewing the Founder, Empower Mama Foundation Vivian Gaiko.
Vivian founded Empower Mama Foundation after a child loss experience. Empower Mama is an organization based on Christian values offering emotional and social support for women and families that have undergone pregnancy/child loss.

Vivian’s touching story literally broke down both Sheila and Vivian who both cried until they could no longer speak. They both chocked up while trying to balance the tears and struggling to speak clearly. She opened up on her story where she lost her two weeks old baby.
She narrates how lost her baby. Being a first time mother she could not tell when a child was unwell. Vivian visited the hospital for her checkup only to be told that her child is not well and needs to be admitted. Her child was later transferred to Kenyatta National Hospital and unfortunately she lost her.
It is normal for people to cry during such toughing interviews. Not long ago Real House helps of Kawangware’s actor DJ Shiti lost control while narrating his tale when he came to Nairobi in an interview with Ofweneke.
The reason why Shiti burst into tears was that he recalled spending the night in the cold streets of Nairobi and being accommodated by prostitutes in the famous Koinange street. This was despite the fact that he had friends and relatives in Nairobi.
