Former NTV news anchor Larry Madowo has appeared on the BBC screens today for the first time since he landed the Africa Business Editor job.
Mr. Madowo, who is London, debuted on BBC Business Live which aired on BBC News and BBC World on Friday morning.
An elated Madowo informed his followers on Twitter stating: "Quick, get to your TV! I’m making my debut on on at 8.45am UK & at 10.45am Nairobi with I’ll be sitting under the lights, of course."
In April 2018, the journalist officially announced that he was exiting the Nation Media Group (NMG).
His resignation came days after the airing of the controversial swearing-in ceremony of NASA leader Raila Odinga which almost led to his arrest.
The oath-taking ceremony opened a Pandora's box at NMG which saw it shut down for almost one week.
