"Popaholic" get ready. Dr. Pimple Popper has a good one for you on her Instagram feed. The dermatologist and TLC host, whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee, has an epidermoid cyst on a patient's chest that's just waiting to be popped. While not the typical oozy food analogy that you'll find in her comments section, this 'bacon' cyst as some IG commenters called it is a primetime ready pop.
Dr. Lee begins the video as she usually does having already marked off the cyst in sharpie and created an incision over the top. Using both hands, she goes in on either side of the opening and begins to wiggle and squeeze until some thick, white contents begin to spill forth and mix with patient's blood.
The chest cyst is home to an impressive amount of white, frosting-like contents, but once you hear the bacon comparison, it's hard to get it out of your mind. Thanks to the blood one either side of the pus filling, this cyst truly does look like your favorite breakfast meat.
Dr. Lee has to squeeze several times before she's able to get all of the bacon out of the cyst. Even after viewers think it's time to remove the cyst's sac , there's still more pork coming out. Ultimately, though, Dr. Lee is able to drain the growth and sew her patient right up.
