Wait, Did Jason Statham Call The Rock 'Fat Boy' in the New 'Hobbs & Shaw' Trailer?

Dwayne Douglas Johnson has been called a lot of names in his 46 years on this earth: The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and even Rocky Maivia . One name that's difficult to imagine Johnson ever being called, however, is "fat boy." And that's exactly what Jason Statham calls him in the latest trailer for Hobbs & Shaw.

In the midst of all the insane, high-octane action that features The Rock and Statham taking on Idris Elba's super-powered evil anarchist (described as " Black Superman "), in the Fast and Furious spin-off's new trailer, it sure sounds like Statham's character (Shaw) lobs a rather inaccurate insult at The Rock's Hobbs, telling him "buckle up, fat boy."

The insult comes at the 1:24 mark in the new trailer, just after a quick glimpse of the two agreeing to work together, and just before we see this sure-to-be dynamic duo seated in a fighter jet (?!?!?), from which Hobbs ejects Shaw out of seconds later.

Let's just say this: Shaw's quip is... well... inaccurate. It's almost absurd to say such a thing about The freaking Rock. But the fact that line is in the movie (or at least in the trailer) suggests that the movie won't be a dead-serious action fest. With three of the most charismatic leading men all facing off, it sure sounds like a winning recipe. Take a look at the brand new trailer for Hobbs & Shaw below.
