In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper , aka dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD , has a blackhead-covered nose in her sights. She gets right to popping with her comedone extractor in hand. All the doctor has to do is apply a bit of pressure with the tool, and poof out comes the gunk.

This nose in particular has many great pops in store. As always, Dr. Pimple Popper makes sure her patient is comfortable throughout the popping process. Friendly reminder for fans, there's a person behind the bumps in every video. She asks her patient if he's doing alright and he quickly replies yes. "We're still enjoying ourselves if you're okay," she says.
There are so many pimples waiting to be popped, it's hard to distinguish one from another. One particularly prolific pimple produces a clump of white gunk followed by a stringy white spiral that keeps going and going. "That was a good one there," the doctor says.
Dr. Pimple Popper offers up plenty of her signature commentary while she clears the many blackheads around her patient's nose. "I'm going to push this one here," she says. That little push is all it takes for a column of white gunk to pop up and out of the bump.
