Here to help you start your weekend right is Dr. Pimple Popper . After a quiet Friday, the doc has returned with a brand new pop ready to go. Tbh I was bugging out a bit after not seeing any new pops all day long, and it seems she was too. (Just wait and see what Dr. Pimple Popper pops out.) Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD , aka Dr. Pimple Popper, posted a new video to Instagram that shows a truly unique pop. She's branching out and giving the people what they want just in time for the weekend.

Dr. Pimple Popper captions this Instagram post: "Getting out these Eruptive Vellus Hair Cysts is the definition of HARD WORK and Determination! Enjoy the weekend, Popaholics! #workhardplayhard #cyst#drpimplepopper"

When the doc says it's hard work, you better believe it. Dr. Pimple Popper starts out with a scalpel, and uses it to really get into the stubborn cysts. She squeezes and slices simultaneously to get everything out of the cysts.

She finally gets a good squeeze and out pops a white clump of goo that looks a lot like a little bug or grub. (FYI: The white gunk in the cyst is actually keratin, which is a major component of skin and hair.)

Dr. Pimple Popper's fans are loving the pop. One commented, "Why did that look like bugs". Another shared, "Does anyone else clench their teeth when she squeezes?" A concerned Popaholic added, "Do they leave scars after doing that?" I sure hope not!

Now that Dr. Pimple Popper has worked hard, it's certainly time to play hard, folks.
