Chaos erupted at the Baringo County Assembly on Tuesday, as MCAs fought over debating the Building Bridges Initiative (Constitutional Amendment) Bill 2020.
In a video seen by Pulse Live, a section of MCAs who are aligned to both Jubilee and KANU caused a commotion at the assembly chambers, while shouting at each other.
The Speaker of the house is also heard trying to call for order.
