KCB Thika robbery suspects freed

The three suspects had been arrested in Juja.

The suspects have been freed on Sh4 million bond following a hearing.

The three suspects, Halford Murakaru, Charles Murakaru and Julius Wainaina are not allowed to leave the premises of the court should they be unable to raise the funds.

The suspects, who reports have shown are actually very learned as they are engineering graduates from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, are actually two brothers and a cousin.

They robbed theThika Branch of the Kenya Commercial Bank on Saturday after digging a tunnel which gained them access to the bank.
