Activist and Lawyer Miguna Miguna has now moved to the High Court as he prepares for a second return to the country following his forced exile that has lasted for the three months.
Miguna is seeking another order that will compel the government to allow his unrestricted return to the country.
Already, Miguna has more than ten court orders which have restored his citizenship and ordered the Immigration Department to provide him with the necessary travel documents.
Miguna's suit comes only a day after he was nominated for the position of Nairobi Deputy Governor.
