NASA leader Raila Odinga has named a transition team that will oversee the handover of the government if he wins the Presidency with elections only three days away.
The eight-member team consists of professionals and close associates of Raila as well as co-principals Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka, Amani’s Musalia Mudavadi, Ford Kenya’s Moses Wetangula and Chama Cha Mashinani leader Isaac Ruto.

According to The Star, the team has been meeting to identify priority areas in the event of a Raila win over President Uhuru Kenyatta.
A raft of drastic changes is expected under a NASA government.
These include rationalisation, alignment and restructuring of government ministries and departments all aimed at reducing public expenditure by eliminating duplication.
The carefully crafted team are experts in the Constitution and legal affairs, economics, governance, security, politics and public policy.
The team will be headed by Dr Mutakha Kangu, ex-chairman of the now-defunct Task Force on Devolved Government.
Others include Economist Dr David Ndii, East Africa Legislative Assembly member Abubakar Zein and lawyer Paul Mwangi.
Kalonzo will be represented by Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr while Wetangula will be represented by Tongaren MP Eseli Simiyu.
Governor Ruto, is represented by CCM party chairman Isiolo Deputy Governor Mohammed Guleid.
According to the law, the Assumption of the Office of President Act provides for the Assumption of the Office of President Committee headed by the Secretary to the Cabinet who is Joseph Kinyua.
The main function of the committee is to facilitate the handing over process by the outgoing President to the President-Elect.
Other functions include organising for the security of the President-Elect and organisation of the swearing in ceremony.
