Betty Kyallo is a self-confessed petrol head and despite having been involved in two accidents, her love for the powerful engines still endures.

“I absolutely love cars. I am one of those girls you will find watching Formula One and Motorsport. My love for cars began while in campus. I had a group of friends who lived and breathed cars and it rubbed off on me. That is why when I got the chance; I started Auto World, a segment which now airs on Sunday night on KTN. We deal with everything from car safety tips, to fuel tips, to car servicing. The response we get is so crazy, so much so that I got the nickname Betty ule wa magari,” She disclosed in an earlier interview with SDE.

Betty is no longer hosting Auto World but she is still obsessed with cars. The KTN news anchor recently lit up social media with a sexy new beast, the Renault Megane Sedan captioning it “Time to buckle up. Wanna take a ride with me? #NewRide #Renault #MotorMeetsStyle”

And fans were so happy for her as they thought she had purchased a brand new car with some even asking for a ride in the brand new machine. But as it turns out, she is not the owner of the car but she was creating hype for the launch of the car, an event which she hosted.

This is not the first time Betty has partnered with a major automobile company. Her love for cars has gotten her awesome deals like flying to South Africa to test drive multi-million cars like Range Rover and Jaguars.
