Through her Facebook Page, Teacher Wanjiku disclosed that she has been unveiled as Dettol’s brand ambassador.

“So after a long time on this project finally it's out! Dreams are valid. Patience! Thank you, Dettol Kenya! @nyabsinoKe awesome animation #teacherwanjikuanimated3D.I think I like myself animated, you can't gain weight, hakuna kupaka makeup, no filters.”

Teacher Wanjiku joins the special list of celebrities who have worked as Dettol Brand ambassadors.

In 2013 Julie Gichuru and Lulu Hassan were unveiled as the ambassadors for the ‘BE A HERO campaign’ which was a collaboration between Dettol and Non-Profit Organization ‘Save the Children’

Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwor popularly known as Mama G has also served as a Dettol Brand ambassador.
