The Head of State noted that the country will never forget Makori's signature which was: Ayeiya poa poa.

In the picture, the President was carrying Aiyeya’s briefcase which he always had during his shows.

Mr Kenyatta also asked comedian Daniel Ndambuki better known as Churchill to pass his condolences to the Churchill team.

Aiyeya died in a grisly accident along Magadi road, near Catholic University of East Africa after the car he was in hit an electricity post.

In a report by the Nation, Makori’s grandmother, Ms Maryrose Nyambane, died on Sunday after battling throat cancer for a long time.

News of his death shocked the whole country and celebrities moved in to send messages to condole with the family.
