Funny man Eric Omondi has reminisced the old days when he used to be a preacher.
Eric has revealed that he used to preach God’s word when he was a student at Kisumu boys. He recalls when he unsuccessfully tried to raise bus fare for two weeks and opted to walk from Kisumu all the way to Kakamega.
“I preached in at least one school in these places,” he recalls.
After undergoing that experience Eric’s special prayer to God on reaching Kakamega was, “May I one day drive the finest cars in the land”
The lad now owns vehicles and has disclosed that to him a vehicle is a sign of God's blessings and the fulfilment of his word and not just another material privilege
The celebrity known for pulling publicity stunts did the unthinkable two months ago. He went swimming naked with young kids. His move got wide criticisms from not only his fans but also state corporations.
The Consumers Federation of Kenya (COFEK) responsible for consumer protection thought was Omondi should be arrested and put under medical test to ascertain his medical condition.
KFCB CEO Ezekiel Mutua stated that the comedian’s act was a violation of Kenya Film Classification Board's classification guidelines under Cap 222 and also the Children's Act.

“Using children in a manner like Eric Omondi did in the name of comedy is wrong.
