The Jubilee allocated the remaining 4 slots to former MPs Wanjiku Muhia (Nyandarua), Mpuru Aburi (Tigania East), Simon Mbugua (Kamukunji) and former CIC Chairman Charles Nyachae.
He is part of the chosen few picked by the Jubilee administration.
