Former Radio Queen Kalekye Mumo has revealed the reason why it took her long to start her own show.
In a post on Tuesday morning, Ms Mumo said that she always dreamt of running her own show for many years but one thing that stopped her from doing it, was fear.

She we on to say that she was thankful to God for the far she had come and for the support she had received to the point that her show, Live And Uncut is up and running.

“To say that I was ready for yesterday would be an understatement... I have dreamt of owning my own network and my own show for years now but I let fear stop me! But look at me now... launched God is so faithful... Kalekye Mumo’s words come a day after she launched her own show Live And Uncut that airs on her Facebook page and on YouTube.
On the first episode which aired on Monday, she got to host Bien Aime of Boy band Sauti Sol, as she promised to have more big artistes and inspiring people grace her set.

Her words come just a few days after she announced that she had quit work as Talk Central host at Mediamax’s K24 TV.
Speaking to Pulse Live, Kalekye said her move was prompted by the fact that Kenyans want to connect more with her on a personal level, based on her social media posts. Adding, that she would produce the content on her own terms based on the things that affect her and society.
