NRG Breakfast show host Kamene Goro has revealed that she was dumped via a WhatsApp call by her ex-boyfriend.

The former Ebru TV news anchor narrated that her ex who was twice her age called her from South Africa to tell her that things were not working between them, despite having had their pre-wedding in Arusha, Tanzania.

“The man was twice my age and I was 25 he then called me on WhatsApp and told me that it was not working out between us. The humiliation was that he called me on WhatsApp, a free calling service,” Kamene said.

French encounter

According to Nairobi News, Kamene said that at the time she was at the French Embassy where she was waiting to get her visa to go watch the French Open, when she received the call.

Kamene and her then fiancé were set to wed in Genoa, Italy but she has since moved on.

Her revelation comes just days after she landed her new job at Kenya’s newest radio station NRG radio, as the NRG Breakfast Club host alongside controversial vlogger Andrew Kibe.
