Wao wanaplay part kubwa sana kwangu mimi. Nina miaka mitatu tu sahizi ,nikianza mbwembwe zakujidai ati nataka kufanya vitu vyangu najua nitakwama. So still nahitaji mawazo ya ofisi, na still nahitaji kufanya vitu vingi na ofisi”

“Ikifika time ofisi yenyewe itaniambia imefika hatua ambayo unaweza kufanya vitu vyako mwenyewe. Sio mimi niwafate niwambiee eti nataka kufanya vitu pekee yangu. If ofisi bado inanihitaji mimi bado niko ofisini. Unajua nyumbani baba ndo anamwambia mtoto sasa umekua. Ingawa sahizi naweza fanya vitu vyangu lakini nahitaji ofisi ndio nifike mabli Zaidi. Sikuwa hapa wakati naanza na wamenileta hapa nilipo nab ado wananguvu za kunipeleka mbali na naamini uongozi wangu utanipeleka mbali. Focus yangu ni kufanya kitu ambacho ni bora na haina haja kusema nataka kujisimamia mwenyewe” said Rayvanny.
