Kitambo is about inspiring others and showing them that everything is possible if you believe and focus. Kitambo chronicles Timmy Tdat's rise in his career.

He had this to say about the new song, “It is inspired by my hustle from when I started to now. I give thanks to God for this far he has brought me. I am now where I want to be but I am not where I used to be."

Kitambo was produced by the legendary Musyoka. Timmy had this to say about working with him, “This is not the first time I am working with Musyoka. However, it is the first time I am working with him on my project. He is very professional and he is easy to work with. I enjoyed working with him."
