This is why you are always tired

Having a hard time staying energetic? This could be why.

Aki tired of life

There are those times however when it feels like you will not be able to bounce back and your energy levels are always on the low.

From waking up to going about your daily routine; it all always seems like a task and a lot of people may just think that it is because they might be overworking – which can be true – but it could also just be the little things within your routine that may be making you tired all the time.

Here are some bad habits you should drop in order to keep that energy up and to ensure maximum productivity in everything you do.

1.You do not exercise enough

Ever wondered why when you sleep for a long time you end up feeling more tired than when you initially slept? Or when you stay watching TV for long periods of time you always want to go back to sleep because you feel tired?

And you sit there asking yourself why you’re feeling tired when you haven’t done anything productive the entire day.

Well you not doing anything the entire day is actually the cause of you feeling tired all the time. Get up, move around, visit your friend’s baby; it will help keep you energized and not constantly feeling tired.

2.You’re always complaining

The more you complain without action the more negative you get thus resulting to mental exhaustion.

This is not to say that you should not complain but you should complain and do something about it so you can avoid feeling tired and getting stressed out all the time.

3.You don’t know how to say no

It is okay to say no – especially when you know very well that you will have a hard time delivering what someone might want from you.

You cannot please everyone and striving to do so will just cause you unnecessary headaches.

It’s okay to want to give 100 percent but sometimes you need to say no in order to be able to give that 100 percent effectively.

4.You’re burnt out

You may be working crazy hours without taking necessary breaks or what you may be doing may be draining your energy.

Try doing something new or take a leave from work for a few days to give yourself time to re-charge so that you can come back better than before.
