A recent report has revealed that your attitude towards aging plays a key role in having a fulfilling sex life.

According to the report, feeling and living younger than your actual age helps to boost your sex life. Feeling sexy in your skin is the ultimate key to sexual satisfaction after all.

People in their mid to late years who feel younger than their actual age will tend to have more sex than those who feel their age or older.

Such individuals, between 40-70, when exposed to positive messages will tend to show long term improvements in their self-image, strength and balance.

The study, published in the Journal of Sex Research, examined the attitudes towards sex and aging in 1170 adults over a period of 10 years.

The participants were aged between 40-70 years old.

The study, conducted by the University of Waterloo, Canada, was released late last month.
