5.Lack of enough sleep
Lack of sleep can result in dark bags under your eyes giving you a tired and older look. An adult is supposed to have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day.
Getting enough sleep not only takes years off your age but also improves productivity for the next day as you won’t be so tired.
6.Taking too much sugar
Sugar molecules reportedly attach themselves to protein fibers in each cell in our body in a process known as glycation which can result in loss of tone, creation of dark circles under the eyes as well as the creation of wrinkles.
Stress can lead to you indulging in harmful habits such smoking and excessive drinking which contributing to making you age faster.

Your skin needs proper care if you are to maintain any form of youthfulness. There are very many mistakes people make when they are washing their face or taking care of their skin that cause them to look older.
9.Eating bad food for your skin
The preservatives and sulfides in processed foods such as bacon and sausages are pro inflammatory which basically means that it can speed up your aging process.
Exercising helps prevent many diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, obesity or kidney issues which can age you quickly.
