Good thing is there are always hacks to live by when you run out of products or when you can’t afford some products – makeup on a budget. Take for instance, when you don’t have waterproof eyeliner. Do you have options? Yes, you do. Water proof eyeliner is much better than the cheaper option of eye pencil as it lasts longer and doesn’t get smudged. Heck, you could even rub your eyes and your eye liner will stay put. Now, if you have none, you can use your mascara, again, preferably water proof mascara. For this hack, you will need an eyeliner brush though, but, between me and you, you can also use an eyebrow brush, though the former will do the work better. Obvi!
