Add a bit of water when making the smoothies. It is a good alternative to fizzy drinks and energy drinks.
Coconut water is great especially after a workout. It contains minerals and vitamins that help to restore electrolytes in the body.
Milk is great for rehydration and recovery after exercise. Skim milk is a great choice as compared to whole milk.
