About Kenyan Ugali
Ugali is a stiff porridge that is made out of maize flour (Corn flour in American English). Kenyans love to eat ugali especially when it is accompanied by Nyama Choma (Roast Meat) and veggies. It is quite similar to the Nigerian fufu.
Ugali is a staple food in Kenya and will be found in majority of Kenyan households. Both rich and poor love to have ugali in their dinner timetables.
