There are many maternity shoot ideas out there. It really boils down to what you fancy.

While most women prefer simple studio couple shoots, some women go all out and have over the top shoots such as underwater maternity shoots. Whatever floats your boat hunnie!

One of the trends quickly catching up with the rest of the world, thanks to international celebrities is nude body art shoots. Now, while still on the nude body art, there’s a new trend and that’s the cartoon art maternity shoots. For this shoot, the belly is painted into an artsy cartoon or caricature. It could be anything from Winnie-the-Pooh to mickey Mouse or even a photo of a cake. This has less nudity as it’s not full on body art but only belly art.

I think it’s super cute albeit, you’d definitely need a super talented artist to get the painting done right.
