5 things you’re doing wrong in the bedroom

Here are 5 common mistakes couples make in the bedroom.

The bedroom is supposed to be a ‘sanctuary’ of some sort for couples.

It’s where they go to unwind after a long day in more ways than one – wink.

Sometimes though, the bedroom can be misused – for lack of a better word – and these are some mistakes that a lot of couples tend to make.

1.Using technology in the bedroom

A lot of couples are guilty of focusing more on their phones and tablets instead of each other when they are in the bedroom.

Give yourself and your significant other time to communicate without using technology in the bedroom by for example setting times when you should not use your phones.

2.Going to bed angry

Try and make sure to solve issues before going to bed. Don’t allow yourself to sleep when you’re angry at your significant other.

It can make things awkward between the two of you and the bedroom can quickly become an unbearable place for the two of you.

If the issue can’t be solved that night, make sure to re-assure your partner by letting them know that you still love them and appreciate them.

3.Not being honest especially when it comes to sex

The bedroom is where it all goes down so if you don’t like something, you might as well let your partner know what you do or do not like.

Faking it is unfortunately not going to take you so far in this department.

4.Not spicing things up

Let loose when you’re in the bedroom with your partner.

Try everything you want to try with one another; it’s for their eyes only after all.

5.Not being considerate of your partners sleep schedule

If you’re significant other has an early morning then it’s probably not a good idea to blast the TV in the middle of the night because that’s when your favorite show comes on.
