President Uhuru Kenyatta and Governor Hassan Joho

Speaking on Sunday at Jacaranda during the NASA Rally, Joho stated that Jubilee had failed Kenyans and would seek all the answers from the President during the launch.

"Nataka nipate nafasi niende kwa hiyo jukwaaa niwaulize pesa wameiba wamepeleka wapi? Nataka niwaambie ile marupu rupu wamepata lazima warudishie Wakenya," the Governor said.

Joho also decried the high cost of living stating that common mwananchi could no longer afford basic commodities.

The Mombasa Governor, popularly known as 001, urged residents to vote for NASA which would reduce the high cost of living after 90 days in office.

The Head of State and his deputy William Ruto will on Wednesday commission the first phase of SGR.

The commissioning, which has been highly publicized, will see the president address residents along the route.

The rivalry between Joho and the President has seen the Governor harassed on numerous occasions during the Head of State's visit to the Coast region.

During the launch of Mtongwe Ferry services by the President, Joho was nabbed by GSU officers and barred from attending the event.

The President went ahead and warned the Governor to stop following him around and instead and focus on delivering services to Mombasa residents.
