Speaking in an interview, Shebesh stated that she would work with all the leaders in Nairobi who had clinched the Jubilee tickets to ensure victory during the August 8 polls.
The women rep had campaigned for Nairobi gubernatorial hopeful Peter Kenneth before sonko trounced him after garnering 163,446 votes against 62, 504 in the Jubilee nominations.
“We had an issue with the senator, we even had our issue with Kidero, they are behind me solidly and I don’t give them time anymore because they are a waste of energy and they don’t get my focus. So as I told you I am focused, we will deliver Nairobi… we will work as a team,” Shebesh said.
Shebesh also urged aspirants who had lost in the primaries to remain in jubilee as they would be given different positions.
Meanwhile, Sonko has now said that he is ready to work with the former Gatanga MP as his deputy governor.
"If Kenneth is willing to work with me, let him come and we can talk. I am willing to work with my opponents in Jubilee. I have no problem with him being the Deputy (Governor)," Sonko said.
